I'm printing my calendar in weekly style, and if the subject is long enough
to reach the end of the box, it just cuts off. How do I set it to wrap
instead?

Outlook version?

Rypick, this is a common complaint. Two options are:
1) Use calendar printing assistant - better handles word wrap in some layouts.
2) Use a addin app for MS Office app called WinCalendar to render your
calendar in MS Word or Excel format (supports word wrap). See here for
screen shots and more info.

I'm also having the same problem with Outlook 2007. In Outlook 2003 when
printing the calender the text will wrap but Outlook 2007 can not do it but
when i choose a different paper size(B4) that's when it wraps everything.
Please help as this is stopping the 2007 rollout process.

You need to use the Outlook Calendar Printing Assistant
<http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...DC-25A4-41BD-9C98-67C47C6CD8FF&displaylang=en>
or a another printing helper. The Word template found here works well, I'm
told: http://www.slipstick.com/addins/calendar_print.asp

I am having the same issue. I've been printing this view for years and this
change is quite frustrating. I installed the outlook calender print asst.
and it does Not allow you to control word wrap. It provides very little
useful functionality. Any other suggestions are welcome.
