Printing by Location

I am interested in making use of this feature which
enables users to select printers by the room/location.
Default being the room theyre in. I am struggling, however
to the to follow procedures within microsofts 'help
library' -they dont appear to complete. Can someone who
has perhaps implemented this provide a clear and concise
guide for me?

Ajay,

Basically, what you do is set the location in the printer share tab on the
server, and then, define policies on a level which makes sense geograhically
(site, ou, etc), and set the default printer location. This will prepopulate
the find printer dialog.
