printing business cards

my computer is Microsoft XP I bought it in December
2002. Does it have a built in program to print business
cards? A friend of mine say's hers does and it was in
her computer when she got it. Can you tell me if it goes
and how to find it. Or do I have to buy a program.
 
Not built into XP unless it was provided by your PC manufacturer as an
installed extra.

I use Microsoft Publisher for both mine and my husband's business cards.
Publisher is available as a standalone program or as part of Microsoft
Office.
