Printing blanks instead of record/form

I expanded and existing form and created a tabbed form (3 pages). I see it on
screen but the print preview only shows the header. When I print, only the
header is printed. The last time I worked with it (3 days ago) it would
print. What might have happened to prevent it from printing. What can I do
to fix it? It's a disciplinary database for my employer; therefore it's
needed as soon as possible.

Thanks!

Forms are not designed to print. They do not contain the controls needed to
lay out the data in a printed format. Certainly a tabbed form can't be
expected to print properly.

You print reports. They contain the controls and options that are used when
trying to print an item. Create a report and format it the way you want.

I figured out that I had accidentally selected "invisible" in the properties
area of a border that surrounded the data. I corrected it and found that my
data showed up on print preview and printed just fine. I understand what
you're saying. I'll look into making "the finished product" a report instead
of a form. But I'm curious now...why have the print "selected record"
function? I've been looking at a report as a fancied-up query.

Thanks for your assistance!
