Printing and IE6

I have had this problem for years. IE6, when printing a
web page, always cuts off the URL and the date along the
bottom margin of the page. This has happened with
previous versions of IE and on many different
computers/operating systems/printers. I have tried
everything I know to do, and nothing has helped. I use
Windows XP. Is there any way to fix this problem?
 
I have tried adjusting the bottom margin many times, to
no avail. My footer setting is: &u&b&d Is there
anything else I can do?

Delete the footer info, put the same in the header?
sorry but at the moment I am not sure?
