printing and exporting

Two questions...

1. When I generate a report it automatically prints. Is there a way to
disable this function?

2. How can I export a report into Excel?

As far as the automatic printing, I'm not sure, but for exporting,
single right click the name of the report you want to export. Then when the
drop down menu appears, left click on export. You will get a box similar to
the File Save box when working in any of the MS programs. Use the Save As
Type drop down box to select Excel, choose the folder on your PC you want the
report exported to, then press Export. It will take a minute. As soon as
Access is finished, you can go to Excel and open your exported report.
