Since "Contacts" is my Address Book in Outlook, I can only give you
information on printing all entries in it.
To do this,
1) Click on the Contacts icon in the Outlook Shortcut Bar
2) Click on "File"
3) Click on "Print..."
4) Choose your print style.
5) Select "All Items"
6) Click on "Ok"
If you share your Address Book or Contacts with Outlook Express, I can also
tell you how to print out your entire common Address Book using Outlook
Express. To do this,
1) Open Outlook Express
2) Click on "Tools|Address Book..."
3) Select the Identity(in the left pane) for which you want entries
printed(if you share your Contacts, select "Shared Contacts"
4) Click on "File|Print..."
5) Select "All" under "Print range"
6) Choose the Print style you desire
6) Click on "Print"
