printing A4 lengthways

I would like to print a menu and it has to be A4 sized but printed lenghtways. Does anyone have any idea how this can be laid out in 4 seperate pages on a template, as supposed to printing it as one and folding it over and then you get the problems with the writing not being centered on each side of the page. I want it typed up as if it's 4 seperate pages
