Is there a way to have Excel print the entire workbook
without having to go to the File menu to print. We would
also like to avoid macros if possible.

Thanks

Hi Bonnie

If you not want to use code the only way is to select all sheets and print.
But going to the file menu is easier then.

Another way:
In the explorer you can right click on the file and choose print, this will
print the whole workbook.

If you want to print all worksheets, hold down the Shift
key and select the first worksheet tab, then select the
last worksheet in the workbook (this will select all
worksheet in the workbook.) You can then select the print
icon or print from the File menu to print all worksheets.
No macro needed.

Note: to print non-contigous worksheets, hold down the
Ctrl key and select the worksheets you want to print.
