I have a directory with about 80 identical spread sheets.
I want a macro (or some thing like that) to do the following
I have Acrobat Professional 8
1.Select first Spread sheet
2. Select a defined range (same for all) ..say A1 to G20
3 Print the selection to some other directory
4 The file name of the generated file will be the same as that of the spread
shet printed
5. Now close this sheet
6 Pick up the second one
7 Do steps 2 to 6
8 Keep doing this until all the files are printed
I print about 70 to such spread sheets every day.
Doing them manually (the existing practise) ..is error porn
Hence this request
