Good Morning,

I'm running a report chart that runs off a parameter query
that prompst for start date and ending date. the report
runs fine, it asks for start date and end date then the
chart is displayed but when I tried to print the chart, it
asks for the dates again.

Thanks

Hi Grace.
The simplest solution may be to create an unbound form and
enter the start and end date on that form in an unbound
text box. Than set the filter for your query to the
textboxes on this form. The problem may be that the
unbound form has to be open when you run the report.
You did not indicate if the report and the chart are the
same report. You may check that the two entries for the
dates are spelled exacly the same.
Hope this helps.

Thank you for the reply. I should have added to my
question that I created the parameter query to ask for
start date and end date and I built the chart based on
that query. So do I need to remove the date parameter
from the query and add the parameter to the report header
on the chart with a text box? I did this but all I get is
the #Name?
="Between" & [Enter Start Date:]"And" & [Enter End Date:]

Thanks again..

Grace
