THERESA CHALONE

I CREATED AN ACCESS REPORT FROM A TABLE. IT HAS A YES NO
BOX IN THE REPORT. THE YES/NO BOX COMES UP ON THE SCREEN
WHEN I ASK TO VIEW IT, BUT IT DOES NOT PRINT OUT. I HAVE
ENSURED THAT THE MARGINS ARE OK, ETC. CAN'T FIGURE THIS
ONE OUT.

PLEASE REPLY TO (e-mail address removed)

THANKS SO MUCH, THIS IS FRUSTRATING.

Theresa:

The check box control is an image displayed on the report (its not actually
a check font or anything.) As such, image reproduction is impacted by the
dpi level setting of your printer. Try increasing that and see if that
solves the problem.

Secondly, you can get around the check box entirely by changing to using a
text box and an iff statement as its control source as in:

= IIF([MyFieldName}<>0. "Yes", "No")

or something similar.
