Hi. I want to create a form that I can print out with columns, rows and
headers but without data.
It would seem simple but I haven't found any help on the subject.
I'm probably missing something.

With all the caveats about printing forms(!forms are for data entry and
viewing, reports are for printing)
all you really have to do is select the form in design view (I am assuming
it is bound to a table or query) and remove the record source and control
sources of each of the controls (This is on the property sheet under the
data tab). You might want to make a copy of your original form and do this,
so you don't destroy the record source of the original.

If you want the look of the form, with the border, menubar closebutton, etc.
then you might use
Alt- prtscr on the keyboard and open it with a graphics progrm.

That doesn'r seem to be what I want.
I want the rows and column lines to be visible so I can
have a paper form to fill in data.
If I must remove the recordsource I must also remove the fields.
