Printing a form

I have a bound form that has two subforms. I need to
print out what I view on the screen only which is one
record and the subforms. When I use a command button, it
prints out all the records in the database rather than the
record I'm viewing and then I can't get the subforms to
print also.

Forms are for viewing, editing and adding data. They do
not print well. Design a report and reference the current
record on the form

I'm strictly a novice, but in Access 97 I was able to achieve what you want
by placing a Page Break at
at the end of the form. I believe this works in Access 2000 as well and
probably later. In printing, print the "selected" form or "current page"
