Printing a form onto a template - can do???

This is driving me nuts - I have a beautiful form and all
works as it should, and I want to print it onto a template
sheet which contains generic information (name, address,
legal stuff etc) before I print or fax. I tried an
unbound object on the form but now the form itself doesn't
display for input. Any ideas anyone? HELP!!
 
Like, move the unbound object behind the text? Print the legal stuff
first then put the paper back in the printer and print the form?
