Printing a Form containing a list

Hi,
I am trying to print a form that has a list. I have tried to drag a command
button, and then choose Print Form command. However, it only prints those
items that are shown in the list but not all of them (since you need to
scroll down to see all of the items). Is there a way where I can print the
form together with all the items in the list even though they are not
appearing because of the scroll bars?

Printing forms is never very satisfactory. Forms are designed for on-screen
display and data input.

If you want to print something, use a report. Include a subreport for the
data that is in your listbox. The subreport will automatically resize
itself to accommodate all the members of the list.

Does that mean that there are no way of doing it in the form?

Yes, that is correct. Listboxes (even on reports) and form sections have no
way of automatically adjusting their sizes to accommodate the displayed
data.

There may be some way of doing it "manually" through code, but it would be
incredibly fiddly.
