Printing a Delimited Text File

I know that Word can read in or create a delimited text file. Can it print such a file, putting each field in an assigned place on the printed page?
 
If you mean, can it spread the items across the page, yes if a) the
delimiter is the tab character, and b) you set up the tab positions. You
could also convert the text to table.
