Printing 5-day work week instead of 7 day

I used to be able to print the 5-day "Work Week" view, but now my only weekly
option is the 7-day "Week" format. Did I lose a print template? How can I
fix this?

Many thanks!

For which version of Outlook?
Select the Weekly Style and click the Page Setup button. At the bottom
you'll find the option "Only Print Workdays".

Thanks! It's Outlook 2003 SP3. The Page Set Up/Weekly Style has a check-box
that says "Don't Print Weekends", but it's grayed out and can't be checked.

If you change the print style from Memo to Table (or vice versa) is it still
greyed out?

If you click on print, select the weekly style select Page Setup if this is a
one time thing then under options in the middle of the screen Where it says
"Arrange Days" Make sure "left to right" bubble is checked. It seems Outlook
does not allow the top to bottom option. Hope that helps
