Normally, you can go into the properties of the print dialog box to do this.
If not, you'd have to build your report to fit more data on a page. You'd
most likely want a two column report in landscape to give the appearance of
two pages per sheet.
I have tried making a 2 column report . The second page always ends up on
the second sheet, the third page or record print on the third sheet, etc. The
only time the second column is used is when the output for that record is
more than one page long.
