Hi,
Yesterday, we encountered an unusual problem;
we discovered that on most of the computers on the lan
(hundreds of machines), most will show the following error:
while using any Office program, and other softwares, when
clicking on File, Print, then clicking on the Properties
button, and clicking directly on Cancel on the following
windows, the message <Application>.exe has generated errors
and will be closed by Windows. You will need to restart
the program. An error log is being created.
I try to interpret the drwtsn32.log file; too much for me.
All our workstations run under Windows 2000 Pro.

Any idea ?

Hi,

I guess it could be problem with Priter Driver, can you
check with any other inbox-printer driver ? does this also
has the problem ?

Hi,

Thanks for the reply.

I tried many things besides re-installing the drivers;
the point is that we have the same problem on different
Print servers..all of those have been working fine for
quite a while..they fail suddenly !?!?!

It seems to be a problem on the clients side.
