Hello,

I have a Windows 2000 terminal sever that all the printer definitions keep
disappearing. I have to reboot to get them back. Some times it'll be days
in between and somedays like today it's happened at least twice.

Thanks

Gary

Is the print spooler crashing? Check the event log for errors.

Set the recovery options for the print spooler service so that
it will automatically restart.

This is most likely caused by a faulty or non-TS compatible
print driver. Some options to solve this are:

- Remove all non-native print drivers and map your printers
to a compatible native driver.

- Figure out which driver or driver(s) are causing the problem,
remove them, and update them to a compatible driver or
map them to a native driver instead.

- Purchase and install a third-party universal print driver
solution, remove all non-native drivers, and disable windows
printer autocreation
