Printers disapearing on small business server 2000 due to lack of ressources

my server is in many of his services, the printer server.
sometimes, after a few days (avg 4) the printers aure
disapearing. when i try to get info, i click to add a
printer and i get

OUT OF RESSOURCES

Printer operation cannot continue due to lack of
ressouces. The print subsystem is unavailable.


I thought i had not enought memory, i added 1gig. but
still the same trouble.


what do you suggest ??????

Resources have nothing to do with memory. This is a common
mistake. Your PC resources are the IRQs and the DMAs.
Try to lighten up your server a little.
Why don't you make another server as printer server??
 
the spooler service has failed. This can be caused by a virus that can kill
dependency services or bad/corrupt print drivers.
