Yes, Microsofts PrintMig is a Great tool for this and it is free. Once you
have migrated your print queues to the new server check out Software Shelfs
Printer Migration Managare which will help you change the workstaitons queues
to look at the new server, Microsofts PrintMig unfortunately does not do that
part of it for you.

Printmig works great, but it had problems for me converting LPR ports
to Standard TCP/IP ports. Also there are printers that won't convert
smoothly. Take HP's 2000C and 2500C (HORRIBLE printers IMHO that you
don't want on your server anyway). Test it out before you implement
it, as with anything. Microsoft's printmig.exe doesn't change the
client connections, but Microsoft's chgprint.exe does. Great utility,
scriptable, never had a problem with it. Script it in simple shell
scripting and then I told it to launch defptr.exe so the client could
select their default (because sometimes chrpint.exe wouldn't preserve
the default). Keep in mind printer connections are profile-specific,
so if multiple users login to a workstation, they'll each have to run
it on each system they use to change their printers.
