Disconnect the printer from the PC and follow the instructions at http://www.coribright.com/windows/Article One.htm Download a new set of printer drivers from the Canon website at http://www.usa.canon.com/html/conCprSupport.jsp?type=xp&sname=printers§ion=10144 Install the software and do NOT reconnect the printer to the PC until the software tells you to do so.
