I HAVE A HP DESKJET 632C AND I HAVE A SCRACH ON MY DISC
AND IT WON'T LET ME HOOK UP MY PRINTER. IT WORKED BEFORE
I DOWN LOADED NEW WINDOWS UPDATE. WHAT DO I DO?

GO to HP's website and download the printer dirver to
your c:\drive. Then go to printers and add new printer.
When it prompts you to pick a printer select "have disk".
Select the driver from the file location where you saved
the file you downloaded (you may have to unzip the file
you downloaded by clicking on it first before you start
the add new printer. Just note and remember the location
where the files are unziped to.).
