I don't know, you haven't provided very much information for me to work with
Gus.

How are you connecting the printer to the PC?

Was this an upgrade installation of XP or a clean install?

Was the printer left connected to the PC if it was an upgrade installation?

What happens when you connect the printer to the PC and turn the printer on?

More information needed to be able to assist?
