I had Windows98 & upgraded to Windows XP. I also have
Compaq ij1200 printer. Since I changed to XP, my printer
does not work I get an Error message that my printer is
out of paper! What do you suggest? Do I need to isert the
program disc, or what / Thanks, Herb

If the printer was kept connected to the PC during the upgrade, chances are
very high you have corrupted drivers.

Uninstall and reinstall using the instructions at:
