Not without more information than you gave, other than take the printers to
a repair facility.

If these printers are not laser printers, Perhaps the ink rollers or platen
needs cleaning.
The other possibilities are that the heads are too close to the paper, or
the printing surface of the head(s) needs cleaning with, if nothing else.
clean water and a lint free pad, towel, or rag. Some have reported success
with Windex, others use a alcohol and water solution. A few printers have
little spiked wheels that can leave marks on photo paper, usually if the
paper has a high moisture content.
