Do you get any error messages? Are there any messages in the Windows Event
Log, for example by selecting Start, Run, EVENTVWR, OK? Have you tried
removing and re-installing the printer via Start, Settings, Printers?

- Type of printer involved...
- When you last installed the latest drive straight from the manufacturer's
web page...
- Anything that may have been recorded in your Event Log...
