Printer won't work

I've tried everything I can think of - I can not get either of my printers
to print with Microsoft word 2002 - they both work with other programs - and
for some reason..when I booted up this morning - it actually printed one
file out of word, but now won't recognize it when I try to print again...

can someone tell me where to look or what to do to get this fixed?

Hi Pam

when you say that your printer works with other programs are you talking
about other Microsoft Office 2002 programs (excel / powerpoint / outlook /
publisher) etc or non-MS programs?

Is this a new problem (ie only started since installing word 2002) or are
they new printers. If this problem occurs with all MS 2002 programs (or the
only MS 2002 program you have is word) i would suggest going to the website
of your printer manufacturer and seeing if there is an updated driver
available.
