printer wont print

i have a lexmark z-25 and it says printing started when it's supposed to but
says printing complete before it prints anything. Any help
 
First thing to do is uninstall and reinstall

Secondly you must remember that starting printing does not mean the printer
is starting, it means the file has started being spooled to the printer...
printing complete means the file has been spooled to the printer.
