Printer won't print colour

Sandcrab

Printer was installed on computer running Windows 98 and
shared wih computer running XP and was working fine. Now
both computers are on XP and printer will only print in
BLACK. New cartrige thatworked before the upgrade.
Nozzles cleaned and "Colour" is selected. Thanks for any
help.

There's prolly an option somewhere you have missed.
Which printer is it? Have you been to the printer website to get a new
driver?
