OS windows xp home will not allow my hp printer to
install. It throws up a message need hpzlnt05.dll.
Can someone send me a link to somewhere I could find this.
Thank you, Susan

Susan,

Have you tried to go to hp.com to download the driver for
the HP printer that you have? The other option is to
uninstall the printer software that you have and go
to 'Control Panel' and go to "Printers and Faxes". You
should see the option of 'Add Printer' and a wizard
should be able to walk you through it (that is if you're
connected directly to the serial port of your computer).
It will prompt you for the printer you're using and will
load the driver software that is necessary for this.
Now, I'm making some assumptions because I have the Pro
version, not the Home version of XP...but I'd think
they'd be the same.

Good luck!

Steve
