Printer will not print

Using WindowsXP Professial, hpdeskjet 960c printer.
Keep getting this notice: Windows cannot connect
to printer, print spooler services is not running.

please e-mail advise to: (e-mail address removed)

I guess we'll never know seeing as she's sitting by her inbox waiting for an
email that will never arrive! I bet you a tenner she'll be back tomorrow
mouthing off how "this group sux" because no one's answered her!
