FadeInFinland

Hello!
I need a cheap and fast black-and-white a4 printer.
I don't care much about the quality of the prints. Just need
something so I can print stuff instead of reading them on the screen
and having my eyes screwed up.
It should be something tough that doesn't break easily. I also don't
like to regularly pay so much for ink.
Do you have any suggestion what kind of printer could be good for me?
Thanks a lot,

Brother. Anything Brother.

Find a Brother printer that prints both sides. Save on paper, and read
away.

You might consider a laser printer since you're doing monochrome. I noticed
an HP for less than $100 at newegg.com. The nice thing about a laser printer
is that you needn't worry about inkjet head clogging, and per page cost is a
bit cheaper compared to the usual inkjet variety.

Erm ... that's not going to do 'Fade in Finland' much good, now is it?
(Since, according to their website, 'Newegg.com does not offer
International/Canadian shipping options at this time'.)

cheers,

Henry

Probably not, but it's a suggestion to note that lasers can be found at
cheap prices at this point. The OP can extend the suggestion from there.

Thanks a lot,
Second hand refurbished HP laserjet. They soldier on for nearly ever,
and the costs are low.
