printer spooling system error

I downloaded windows program because it stated that if not working, that i
needed to download it, but nothing happen. not sure what to do next.

This happens when you uninstall a Lexmark or Dell printer. Get the
uninstall utility for the printer from the vendor or follow Bruce
Sanderson's instructions.

I read advise that was given to arron about this, and tried it, there was
an
error on command prompt *system error 1060 has occured
*the dependentcy service or group failed to
start
not sure what to do. please help!! Thanks!
