printer spooler stopped running

I read advise that was given to arron about this, and tried it, there was an
error on command prompt *system error 1060 has occured
*the dependentcy service or group failed to start
not sure what to do. please help!! Thanks!
 
I am having a heck of a time with mine i'm to the point that I may be
reinstalling windows. But i'll let you know if I get it.
 
I downloaded windows program because it stated that if not working, that i
needed to download it, but nothing happen. not sure what to do next.
