When I try to preview a certain report from design mode,
the printer spits out a blank page for each record that
would be displayed. That means that when I want to
preview a 60 page form letter, I get 60 blanks from the
printer. I've checked and there's no code in the report's
code pane, so I'm not sure what's going on. Has anyone
ever come across this problem before and how on earth do I
fix it.

Review your report in the design view and consider margin
sizes etc. make sure there is no excessive blank space on
the right side of the design view page. move the right
margin to the right most side of an active text box.
I think this will correct the problem. Hope this helps.

I tried that and I still get the same thing... the printer
spits out blank pages when I try to PREVIEW the report.
As far as I'm concerned, when you preview a report, NOTING
is supposed to be sent to the printer, right? Perhaps
this is a network or OS problem?

You are correct, on preview nothing should be send to the
printer. have you tried other reports from this database
on possibly from other databases?
Sorry I could not help.
