Ben

I have a small network setup with a mix of NT4, XP Pro,
and 2000Pro. I have one XP Pro machine that can see and
access all the others, but none of the others can see or
access it. I have the firewall turned off.
I am tring to share a printer on the one that can see
everyone.

Any Ideas of what to look at??

Thanks in advancce

Ben, if the other machines cannot see the machine you are
trying to share the printer on, then how are they going to
see the printer...........get all machines talking to each
first, then try sharing the printer........Lou

Ben, Make sure all of the computers are using a common
protocol, are on the same network if using TCP/IP and are
in the same workgroup. There may be other issues but this
is a good place to start. Good luck - Aidan

They are all in the same workgroup, I have IP and Netbios
running in an attempt to get it working. The machine
with the printer can connect and share files from the
other machines.

Thanks,
