I connect a mac OSX computer and a Windows XP computer by
ethernet. But the the Mac Computer can't share the
printer installed in my Windows XP computer. The Network
is Correctly connected, and the Mac Computer can see
there is a Windows XP machines, but no Printers can be
Found and Share. Please Help or give suggestions. thanks
for helping .....

How does the MAC connect to the XP system (which transport or protocol)? Is
the Internet Connection Firewall enabled on the XP system? Can the MAC see
any file shares on the XP system?

I am having the exact same problem!! The MAC can see the
computer, printer, and file share on the XP system. I
have added the computer successfully but it will not
print. I have a firewall installed on the XP system.

I am assuming you opened up the SMB (file and print) sharing ports already.
Will it work if you turn off the firewall?

If you have not opened the firewall ports for sharing start there first
