Printer setup

My comp will not allow me to install a printer. The only
message I get is a window that pops up saying that "The
operation could not be completed". How can I fix this. Any
help would be awesome. Thanks.

It is quite possible that the software is not compatible
with your version windows? Or, The software setup is
errored. Then again you can always try restarting your
computer, that tends to fix problems time and time again.
