printer sessions create problems

helllooo all

we have a problem that our company's printer session cannot be emptu
automatically..we have to empty it manually..this will create a lot of
problems..
we have a windows 2000 setup and our printer is connected to
windows2000 professional. plz solve my problem as soon as possible

In an earlier post, you said you were "system admin"
Perhaps you were promoted beyond your incompetence level?
