Anybody have a recommendation for a color inkjet that will be used in an
office environment to print proposals?

Would prefer individual ink containers, and the ability to buy refills
wholesale over the net is a must!

Thanks!

I think a Canon i860 would be a good choice. It's fast and uses five
individual tanks - pigmented black for text and CMYK for color. Inexpensive
aftermarket cartridges and/or bulk ink for refilling are available from many
sources on the internet. Even the OEM cartridges aren't all that expensive
when used in a business environment.

I'll second that. An i860 is a great choice. And since you won't be
printing photos, you can use the third pary ink or get a refill kit. And you
can get an autoduplexer and high capacity paper feeder for it as an add-on.
Here's the link:

Although for an office you should consider getting one of Canon's
multifunction printer/fax/scanner/copiers. The MP700 and MP730 both use the
same print engine as the i850, same inks too.

Thanks guys!
