Printer que backup

I have an XP, which is harder to handle (for me anyway)
than the 98. I have a que of 7 items in my printer log,
or whatever. How can I delete those 7 so that I can
print. I have a Lexmark Z11. Thanks!

i am having the same problem if u find out let me know

Go into the Control Panel and click on Printers & Faxes, then click on your
Printer.

Double click on the actual printer icon.

This should bring up a window from where you can highlight each item in the
queue and delete them, one by one.

Alternatively, you can right click on the printer icon and select Cancel
from there.
