Hello,

Sometimes I want to print in best and sometimes draft/b&W, as its
quicker. At present i go into printer properties and select each time
what i want, which is tedious.

I think i read long time ago that a shortcut can be done for each
selection. Can you tell me how this is accomplished please ?

Thanks.

Mike.

Just instal the printer twice, with two distinctive
names, configure one for draft text mode and the
other for full colour and top quality.

Install several copies of the printer. You can end up with a list of
printers that could go:
Black Draft
Black Good
Colour Draft
Colour Good
Colour Thick Paper
etc.

Thanks for this information. Did as you suggest and works fine.

Mike.
