Hi

I currently have an Epsom C82 printer which requires four inks in order for
it to print......... i have a problem in that for some reason the inks that
it says are empty are not and having cleaned the printer heads it has made
no real difference, even though i have bought black and red ink recently
from local store, i have been unable to get the printer to print
properly.........

Is there anything i could try having already gone to Epsom Website to
download troubleshooter there which informs me of the fact that i have
problem with printer cartridges saying there is not enough ink ?

If anyone can point me in the right direction it would be of great help to
me .......... ?

Regards

remove the brackets leaving no spaces.

One problem is the waste pipe coming away from the docking bay, when
this happens you will get no cleaning action and end up with clogged
nozzles.

Simply lift the lid, look to the right and you should see a clear
plastic pipe under the right hand side, switch printer on or do a
cleaning cycle and you should see the ink gurgling through the pipe
if it's attached to the docking bay.

If you can't, then get a pencil and try to gently lift the end of the
pipe nearest the docking or resting area, if it's loose it will offer
no resistance and just flop about and will be the cause of your
problem, the slightest resistance indicates this is attached and is
not the problem.
