Hello,
I've setup a small network consisting of 4 Windows98 PCs and an old HP4
Laserjet printer. The PC's are simply plugged into a small hub and the
printer is connected to the parallel port of PC number 1 and shared
out.
Most of the time, the other PCs are able to print just fine. However,
when the printer goes into power saving mode, they complain that
operator intervention is required. PC number 1 can still print just
fine - the printer wakes up then prints.
Any ideas (other than switching off power savinf mode)?
Thanks in advance.
Steven
