I am trying to print a power point presentation. My printer prints the first page ok and then the next page is printed in very large fonts that don't even fit in the paper. When I try printing again it does the same thing. It's a mess. I have a Deskjet 812C. Thanks in advance

I'd recommend starting by making sure that your printer driver is up to
date. Goto the HP site to check for available driver updates.
http://h20015.www2.hp.com/hub_searc...pe=software&prodId=hpdeskjet810484&sw_lang=en
(Watch for text wrap)

If this does not take care of the problem, would you post back with a few
more details.

- What are the settings you used during the dialog box (all of them)?
- What page size is the slideshow set to?
- Is this giant font used on the first page, or does the problem resolve
if you change the font on the second page?
- Is the printer local or networked?

If you would, please post back with an update, either way.

I'll second Bill's suggestions. Also:

If the printer driver offers spool setting options, try changing them (emf
vs image etc)

Try PowerPoint's Tools, Options dialog; turn off Background Printing
