I have a Dell computer and printer with Microsoft Windows
XP Home Edition. The problem is when I click on the print
button (particularly when on the internet), the document
won't always print. When I check the print status, it
shows the document is printing but yet nothing is
printing on my printer. I called Dell and they told me
that this was a Microsoft problem and there was no "fix"
for it yet. They told me the only remedy is to cancel the
print job and reboot. This does remedy the problem,
however, this seems to be happening more often now. Does
anyone know if this really is a Microsoft problem?
