Printer problem

Is there any option in windows xp to give right to use a printer for all
users. I installed the printer with administrator right still that printer
cant use to all users. I selected everyone option from Security Tab of the
printer and faxes. So please let me know I can force the spooler to initiate
the connection.

All local users should be able to use the printer, whatever their account
is. If it's a network printer, see:
